Help, how do I pay?

Click checkout with PayPal, even if you don’t have an account! This will direct you to PayPal’s site where you can check out as a guest with your debit/credit card, or use your own PayPal account.

How do I fill out my e-card?

After you check-out and are emailed your receipt, you will receive an email with a form that will allow you to personalize your message, enter your recipient’s email, and choose the date when you want to send the card(s).

I never received an email from you, what do I do?

If you haven’t received an email within six hours, first check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please contact us and we will send you another one.

You only have a few cards up! Will there be more?

Yes! We are drawing up a storm and intend to have many more e-cards coming to the site soon. Check our site periodically for new updates, hint, we have some adorable cards for the upcoming Easter/Spring holidays!

I’m a business and would like to use your e-cards to send out memos to my employees!

First of all, thank you for supporting our company! We have bundle options on all e-cards up to 50. If you have a bigger company jot us a line and we’ll get back to you with special pricing. Do you not want to have to worry about inputting all of your employees emails in the customization form? No problem, for a small extra fee we can do all that work for you, just send us a message and you email list, and we’ll get it out there.

Do you do commissions?

We do indeed, For still cards and e-cards! Prices vary depending on the length, complexity, and amount of cards you want to send out. Send us an email and we’ll get back to you with our pricing.

When can I expect my print card?

It takes us about 3-5 days to get your package in the mail, after that it is in our lovely Postal Service’s hands. You’ll get a shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your package is on its way.

What is your porpoise’s name?

Our friendly studio porpoise is named Wilhelmina. She loves fish and is possibly a vigilante crime fighter. We haven’t found a tactful way to ask about the super suit in the company closet.
